We’ve taken our experiences as investors, asset managers, administrators and consultants and created a blueprint for a technology platform that would handle the investment process from beginning to end and all points in between that would provide both investors and asset managers with insight into the underlying assets that they have never had. With this blueprint in hand, we are building the tools that will allow investors to more easily manage and track their alternative investments holdings and for managers to more efficiently manage their investor relationships and assets. Our objective is that over time Marko will help pave the way for more high net worth investors to gain the confidence and comfort necessary to allocate more capital to the small balance real estate space as well as other alternative asset strategies
