Companies that we invest in must show a number of pre-requisites: • A credible business plan which clearly defines the potential market • Some identifiable barriers to entry • A strong and able management team • The business should be able to benefit from Marlow Capital’s contribution to the business in addition to the funds invested. We are “sector agnostic" • We look to businesses whose service is disruptive to their sector, and operate in areas where we have some experience: in particular finance; marketing; business services; technology; telecoms; and energy. We look to business sectors that have a proven expertise within the UK. • Our entrepreneurs are allowed to concentrate on what they do best, while we are able to provide the benefit of our experience, back up, financial support and commercial input. • The Funds will not invest in retail, entertainment or property businesses.
