Founded in 1968, DOMINIONI designs and manufactures professional equipment for pasta in the market of restaurants, hotels and catering companies as well as for pasta producers at industrial level providing professional equipment for pasta factories and medium/large industry. The models of various capacities are designed for many pasta types and include mixers, machines for fresh and dry pasta, short and long, filled pasta, gnocchi, lasagne, ready meals and treatment lines to increase the product shelf-life.
