Marohn Aufzüge GmbH is located on Hamm city of Nordrhein-Westfalen in Germany, near Lippe River at the northeastern part of Ruhr District. It was founded in 1979, and now is the wholly owned subsidiary of ThyssenKrupp, the industrial guru. Marohn ThyssenKrupp Elevator Co, Ltd. is a joint venture company invested by ThyssenKrupp (China) Holdings Limited, with 51% shares. ThyssenKrupp AG was established at the beginning of last century with the headquarters in Dusseldorf Its chronicle is a miniature of Germany's heavy industry. In the 2009/2010 financial year they generated sales of 42.6 billion euro, and ranks as 123 of the "Fortune500 Global". ThyssenKrupp is a global integrated materials and technology group with operations in more than 80 countries and nearly employees.
