Hola/Hi We are Martha Monk & Lucy Barker-Yates, a Senior Creative Team. HOW DID WE MEET? We met at Creative Comeback 2020. A fabulous program run by Creative Equals partnered with Diageo, Facebook, D & AD, and sponsored by a bunch of agencies bringing diversity to the table. LANDED AT ANOMALY LONDON After winning the Creative Comeback program with a bold idea for Gordon’s Gin, and Covid taking over 2020, it finally happened. On a glorious day in April, we started our Returnship! Thanks Anomaly! WHO? MARTHA. A Colombian who doesn’t drink coffee. Ex BBDO, JWT, DDB. Martha loves writing but deleting words gives her great satisfaction too. She worked remotely (before it was a thing) for an ad agency in Miami and a startup in Washington. She has an MA in Digital Marketing and is known for singing the wrong lyrics and wearing epic earrings. LUCY. One of Campaign and Creative Equals ‘Ones to Watch’ and winner of Creative Comeback. She’s run her own creative studio for clients in Europe and Asia, is always doodling and loves crafting campaigns.
