Martin Robert Hall

My name is Martin Robert Hall and I am an author, motivational speaker and high performance sports psychology consultant. The biggest hurdle in the way of high performance I continually witness is not the skills, abilities or the talent to succeed. It is having the mental tools to break through the inevitable hurdles that you will face along the way. This is ultimately what separates high performing individuals and teams apart. Ironically, it is also an area which many people do not understand. As a result masses of time, talent and money is wasted. Witnessing this waste is what drives me to do what I do. I am absolutely fascinated with the science behind what drives high performance in the business and sports world. I am often referred to as a motivational speaker but my work goes way beyond just motivation. Coming from a sports science and sports psychology background into the world of business, I noticed many parallels between the two. The similarities are extensive, from building a winning culture to inspirational leadership, all the way down to the nuts and bolts of building winning teams made up of talented individuals. I have a wide range of experience across a variety of sectors, from large scale corporate organisations to SME's to World Class athletes from boxing to motor sport to Premiership football. My experience has taught me one universal lesson - regardless of the field of expertise, all leading performers are leading edge thinkers. They master their state of mind and tap into their talents, skills and abilities to deliver results when it matters. Understanding the mechanics of how to do this is my passion and is exactly what I share with my clients so they too can release the potential within their own people, creating winning individuals and winning teams.
