Our vision is to give you refined Danish dishes based on fresh produce from own garden. You will get surprises, yet the creativeness and molecular techniques does not overrule the simple rule of pure good food to reasonable prices. The Michelin guide agrees, and honored us with a Bib Gourmand in March 2012. Marrow & Bone is located in a canal-house in the centre of Copenhagen. The entrance of the apartment-style restaurant goes by the open kitchen, and you sit in one of the 3 different rooms. We have great wines to accompany the food, where the focus is mainly on Austria, Germany and France. There are bio wines and vin nature. Needless to say, they are too selected on a basis of quailty and not the current hype. We arrange winemaker's dinners and winetastings, please email us to get an invitation.
