We are a team of customer service experts that have worked with the biggest BPO companies in the Philippines. We are veterans in terms of chat, email and phone support. Most of us are previous Team Managers and Supervisors, in which we have a wide expertise in the CS industry including, but not limited to training, hiring process, performance analysis, coaching, and quality assurance. We have been exposed to different KPIs such as customer satisfaction, net promoter score, productivity, SLA, AHT, response time and more. Our work experience includes in working with the biggest companies in the US, Australia and UK such as different telecommunication companies and financial institutions. We continue to provide our excellent service with startup companies and help them grow their business by providing feedback and suggestions in business' processes. We have worked with startup businesses such as gardening, home services, concert ticket reselling, shopping and more. As a business manager, I would want to join the interview of the agency members as a silent observer and attend trainings (no charge) to keep the quality of service that they provide.
