The use of aerial photography can be beneficial to real estate in regards to home inspection as well as boosting the value of a listing. We are trained and licensed drone pilots and use them to our advantage when allowed. We also use thermal imaging on the homes we inspect to help detect defects that could not normally be seen with the naked eye.
