2003-2004: Year of concretizing Powayan's dreams on education for its childrens future.Marwah Modern School Powayan is an English medium co-education school situated on Khutar road just a few minutes walking distance east of powayan.Established by the Kaunmi Ekta Shiksha Samiti MMS opened its doors to the students on 16th April 2003. The response of local populace proved to be swift positive and an expression of gratitude that their vision of providing their wards with quality education was finally being translated into reality.Marwah Modern School is situated on 5 acres of prime land in a pollution-free healthy environment and is ideally suited to enhance the teaching-learning process.Presently having classes from the Pre-nursery level till class X the Management proposes to expand the school with the addition of one class in each successive academic year till it grows to the senior secondary level. To facilitate this the Management has obtained affiliation from the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) Delhi.
