We partner with proven operational management teams, often for six months or more, prior to executing our first platform acquisition together. We work together throughout the investment life cycle to refine the strategy, identify targets and conduct diligence. We provide funding, years of corporate finance experience and a broad network of advisors to assist our portfolio companies deliver their growth strategies, often amplified through executing value accretive M&A. Marwyn has generated strong returns since inception, launching 13 acquisition vehicles that have acquired platform businesses and completing over 80 subsequent acquisitions. Current investments include Le Chameau, Palmer Fund Services, Zegona Communications, AdvancedAdvT, InvestAcc Group, 450 PLC, Marwyn Acquisition Company and MAC Alpha.
