Maryann Palermo, Owner, Notary Public, Loan Signing Agent The law and notary work come naturally to me. I am the daughter of a lawyer and basically grew up in his office in Hazleton, PA. My experience includes over twenty years of customer service in various capacities, over ten years working with contracts, and over five years of humane law enforcement. I have served as a personal and job coach, non-profit executive, non-profit founder, and customer service guru. Combining my love of real estate with customer service, contracts, legal and financial experience led me to the notary business and loan signings. Because I love what I do, I continue learning by participating in continuing education events and presentations, particularly with Notary Coach (Sign & Thrive), PAN and the NNA. Reliability, integrity, attention to detail and my love of people are my main strengths. I returned to Hazleton in 2020, and I am proud to call Pennsylvania my home once again. Continued service to my fellow residents is my goal and providing it safely, securely and in a friendly, courteous, respectful manner by coming to you is my mantra.
