Marylebone Orthopaedic Casting Services

Marylebone Orthopaedic Casting is primarily a consultant referred service that provides comprehensive, high quality, cost effective and flexible orthopaedic casting to all service users within the Harley Street area. We are available to see both trauma and elective patients using traditional plaster of Paris, synthetic polyester-fibreglass substrates or the latest semi-rigid materials. This allows us to apply the full array of slab, circumferential or removable casts. Water proof casts are available usually to non-surgical patients if consent is obtained by the appointed consultant. We also specialise in the application and maintenance of a large variety of orthopaedic orthoses and bracing. We can also provide Ilizarov type frame care and help with prescribed adjustments. We offer free, no obligation advice and support to all clinical staff, patients or members of the general public. In-house casting workshops are available for healthcare professionals who wish to train or refresh their casting skills. A bespoke syllabus will be provided dependant on the individual’s training requirements.
