Mascott Corporation was created in 1989 when Markers Restaurant opened in the Harborside Financial Center in Jersey City, New Jersey. Today, Markers offers casual American cuisine in a cool, hip environment that caters to business clientele and has a vibrant after work happy hour. Markers is also a perfect venue for private events and parties. Mascott also operates Markers Express located adjacent to the restaurant. Markers Express provides takeout and delivery options for breakfast, lunch, and late afternoon snacks. Express features a Kobrick’s Coffee kiosk, freshly baked breakfast items, a specialty salad bar, signature sandwiches, paninis, burgers, soups, and dessert items. In 2009, Mascott embarked upon another exciting venture: Smashburger. Forbes Magazine named Smashburger "American's Most Promising Company" in November 2011. Smashburger is an innovative restaurant concept that provides an exceptional burger experience. Mascott will introduce Noodles & Company to New Jersey in 2012/2013. Noodles & Company has a globally inspired menu that offers fresh, quality ingredients from three different cuisines: Asian, Mediterranean and American. Our menu offers items such as Pad Thai, Lo Mein and Mac & Cheese. Noodles & Company also offers soups, salads and sandwiches. Mascott is also a franchisee of Cinnabon World Famous Cinnamon Rolls, Seattle's Best Coffee and Carvel Ice Cream.
