Mashroom is a group of nonprofit global lean enthusiasts. Our goal is to spread the knowledge of lean and promote lean thinking in every aspect of the organization. At the same time we use this opportunity to develop ourselves to step outside our knowledge threshold and create more lean enthusiasts. We work with leading organizations across the world identifying lean potential across the entire value stream. Our mission is to help organizations identify their strengths using our very constructive lean assessment tool and drive lean transformations in the best interest of the organization. Passion and Humility is at the core of this organization and people are the medium through which we operate and evaluate our results. The personal development and continuous improvement of lean thinking capabilities are what we consider as the ultimate goal. We change lives through coaching with an emotional touch to it.
