Masjah Center

Masjah Center offers fitness classes such as Bootcamps, Step, Group Training, and Aerobics as well as movement and dance classes such as Zumba, Nia and Masjahdance. The Spinning Studio is home of SpinJourney,an hour cycle class into your imagination. Spin/core, CrazyTune Spin, Spin/Lates { 30 min spin, 30 min pilates] are some other classes. The studio is more than just a fitness place, it is a healing,welcoming space, run by a community of women who are dedicated to wellness through helping on another, gratitude and joy. Massage, Healing sessions and personal and group sessions are offered as well. Meditations, Slow Flow Yoga Stretch classes and workshops on spirituality and health compliment the fitness schedule. Programs such as 40 days and Nights to Transformation, 21 Days of Inspiration Online, and Movement into Freedom offer self discovery and group support. Reiki sessions, Thai Massage and Holistic Health Counseling add the component of healing.
