Maslo Consulting is an HR advisory consulting firm. The aim of Maslo Consulting is to conduct insightful and practical audits into an organization’s HR ecosystem, in order to improve the existing HR practices and processes to help the organization achieve its people and business goals. We frame our audit around themes that reflect the most pertinent challenges for organizations. We conduct an initial audit for each HR function, identify gaps in each function, perform a SWOT analysis, and suggest HR interventions that organizations need to adopt. The audits are conducted using techniques such as co-creation and design thinking, thereby applying industry-recommended methodologies to get the best outcome for the organization's people and business goals.
