Mason & April, LLC was founded in 1995 by Madelynn R. Mason and Lori S. April, who had worked together for many years as associate attorneys at a boutique law firm attached to an accounting firm prior to establishing their own law practice. The Firm practices exclusively in the areas of Estate, Disability and Special Needs Planning, Probate, Trust and Estate Administration, Elder Law (including Medicaid Planning and Applications), Transactional Residential and Commercial Real Estate and Corporate Law. Mason & April's experienced, knowledgeable and compassionate attorneys and staff provide personalized, hands-on service that only a small firm can offer. The office is centrally located at 377 Oak Street, Garden City, New York, near the Meadowbrook Parkway, in a handicapped accessible building. When necessary or desirable, the attorneys will travel to clients’ homes or medical facilities.
