Founded in 1960 by Peter V. Masotti, Lewis R. Masotti and Robert P. Masotti, our firm has a rich tradition in public accounting that spans three generations. We are a full-service CPA firm, with over 20 principals and staff offering a full range of tax, auditing and consulting services. We serve clients that vary in size and industry advising small to mid-size businesses and entrepreneurs and performing extensive tax work and litigation support for publicly held corporations, including U.S. subsidiaries of foreign owned corporations.
