How It Works On-site massage, also known as workplace massage or corporate chair massage, is administered as follows: • Employee is fully-clothed • In a specially-designed chair, brought by the therapist, which typically slopes forward, providing access to the neck and large muscles of the back • In sessions of 10 – 20 minutes or more • In a separate location of about 5’ x 5’ • With or without music and/or aromatherapy • Can be employer-pay, employee-pay or a combination Leonardo Ranieri, our founder and president, is a former corporate human resources director with more than 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry where he discovered first-hand how strongly employee appreciation relates to successful corporate cultures and heightened profitability.
