Massessor

Massessor is a feedback tool which ultimately serves as a monitor of organizational competence. It allows for progressive, competency-based, multi-angle assessment of individuals and organizational units. With in-depth statistics and the ability to present and compare historical results, it paints the full picture of the current and past state of an organization. At a deeper level, Massessor stores the structure of an organization (staff and organizational units), its competency framework (roles, competencies and questions) and organizes 360 reviews into campaigns. It has been designed with attention to separation of concerns and customizability.
