As a certified, professional stress and business coach, I help my clients through a variety of challenges. Stress, adapting to change, or enhancing work performance. They are motivated to work towards finding a better place within themselves and for their lives. Stress is often associated with a lack of sleep and that’s why I have also chosen to specialize in sleep coaching. Getting a good night’s sleep is imperative for our concentration, general well-being, and in the long run, our performance. We simply make better decisions if our brain gets what it needs. I bring over 30+ years of middle and top management experience from the Danish fashion and home interiors industry to the table. By establishing my own consulting company, I also understand the challenges of entrepreneurship. I coach virtually and in 1:1 personal sessions. I’m Canadian and speak fluent Danish.
