Dr. Jenna Stedman started her career as a Performance Dietitian for the military, where she saw firsthand how nutrition could enhance both physical and cognitive performance under high-pressure conditions. Her passion grew as she realized the gap in cognitive nutrition care, driving her to focus on fueling the brain for optimal focus, resilience, and mental clarity. Her board certification in sports dietetics allows her to support clients with a variety of performance levels and sports, including endurance athletes, esports, and student-athletes. Dr. Stedman has an additional passion for the intersection of nutrition and brain performance, recognizing that what we eat directly impacts memory, decision-making, and mental stamina. She loves helping high performers, from athletes to students to professionals, develop sustainable nutrition strategies that sharpen their minds and optimize their daily lives. Dr. Stedman believes that all athletes deserve high-quality, evidence-based nutritional care and practices with a holistic, performance-driven approach. Her private practice, Master Nutrition Lab, helps each patient discover the power of food to fuel their brain, body, and well-being in a way that is both effective and enjoyable. Dr. Stedman earned her Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of New Hampshire and went on to complete her Doctorate in Clinical Nutrition at Kansas University Medical Center. Dr. Stedman is a faculty associate for Graceland University’s Nutrition and Human Performance graduate program. She is an engaging guest speaker and lecturer, speaking at the Women’s Military Symposium and the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics Sports and Human Performance Nutrition annual conferences. Dr. Stedman is a member of the advisory board for the University of South Carolina’s Master in Performance Nutrition and Dietetics program.
