Master Suppliers was incorporated in 9th of March 1977. Started off from a sundry & frozen retail store, we ventured into ship chandling business ever since Pasir Gudang Port started operation in Johor Bahru, Malaysia. Being an Associate of the International Shipsuppliers & Services Association, we actively pursue for product quality & extensive product range as an international ship supplier, serving all seafarer in all ports of Malaysia, Indonesia & Singapore. In Master Suppliers, we position ourselves as a service provider to seafarer rather than a supplier for provision, therefore we place utmost priority on seafarer's well being with quality product to suffice seafarer's need at sea. Seafarer is the pillar in connecting webs of trade from all over the world, risking their lives, sacrificing their family time being at sea most of the time throughout the year. Enormous responsibility is being placed upon our shoulder as a distinctive provision provider for seafarer because we empathize with seafarer's feeling. We strive to make them feel like home by ensuring sufficient of food without worrying about food quality and safety. With this culture being ingrained in the company by our founder, we believe in building long term relationship through quality services and products instead of focusing per transaction. We felt obliged to do so hoping that our small contribution will serve for a bigger cause.
