Match 2 Technical commenced business in 1994. Our business focus is to provide well-researched candidates to clients who are looking for technical staff from technician level through to senior managers. Our philosophy is to meet the respective technical and personality requirements of our clients. In other words two matches – hence our name. For candidates, this means you will have the assurance that we have done everything we can to make sure you will feel comfortable in your new job. Match 2 is well established in the markets it services. Our target markets are engineering, electronics, manufacturing, infrastructure, science, plastics, operations, food and logistics. While we have offices in Wellington and Auckland we work for clients throughout New Zealand. We have a database containing in excess of technical people. We recruit locally and internationally. In fact something like 30% of our business involves placing new “Kiwis”, so we are very experienced at offshore sourcing.
