Mateca Productions was founded in 1987 and has worked in different fields of the arts presenting musicians of Latin America in Canada, amongst them Mercedes Sosa, NG La Banda, Mayra Caridad Valdes (included a Canada Tour), Adrián Iaies and others. As a part of her portfolio, Mateca has also been the consultant to some Canadian companies working with Latin America in the fields of Culture, Tourism & Aviation, setting new routes between Canada - Cuba. Mateca has been the organizer and curator of art events, committed to promote the works of Canadian and International artists.
