Work holding or fixturing, forms one of the critical entities in the machining process. Any component produced is inspected at relevant stages during manufacturing and is taken up for further processing or assembly only if it is as per specification. We, MATERIA ENGINEERING, are a design engineering company specilized in designing and manufacture of fixtures for machining operations and gauges for inspection. We have also developed SPMs for simple jobs as per customer requirement. We started in the year 2011 and are located in Bangalore, India. We have an excellent work force of engineers with experience in fixture design who have delivered designs to customer's satisfaction. Utmost care is taken during design to ensure quality and reliability. Ease of manufacturing is one of the main themes of our design. Our engineers strive hard to ensure that the design is easily manufacturable thereby optimizing manufacturing cost. Timely delivery is one of the main emphasis at Materia.
