Materionomics

We curate, educate and consult for materials and applications. We are a collective aiming to build a material library with an eventual goal of shifting towards a more sustainable design model of all forms. Previously, we have consulted DVenTure, a startup at Stanford Byers Center for Biodesign (Bay Area, US) to design a conformity for their novel imaging tech for pre-diagnosing DVT (Deep-Vein Thrombosis). One of our research segment includes designing out waste - with new materials from agricultural supply-chain and waste streams. As a collective of experience designers, we also aim to bridge the accessibility gap of information and education about Materials through our Society of Materials exhibitions.
