MATEROM - este o afacere de familie, înfiintata în anul 1998 de catre familia Baciu Ioan Matei si Rodica, debutând cu vânzarea pieselor auto din dezmembrari, a ajuns în numai câtiva ani una din cele mai cunoscute firme importatoare de piese auto - noi si din dezmembrari - din România. MATEROM -is a family business founded in 1998 by the Baciu family - Ioan Matei and Rodica. The business started with the sale of used parts from crashed vehicles and in just a few years, the company became one of the best known importers of auto parts - new and resulted from dismantling - in Romania. MATEROM- ist ein Familienunternehmen,gegründet im Jahre 1998 von Baciu Ioan Matei und Rodica Baciu. Das Unternehmen beschäftigte sich am Anfang mit Gebrauchtersatzteilhandeln und im Laufe von ein paar Jahre wurde es einer der bekanntesten Importeurfirma im Bereich:Neuersatzteile und Gebrauchtwagenersatzteile in Rumänien. MATEROM-egy családi vállalkozásként indult 1998-ban. Megalapitói Baciu Ioan MAtei és Rodica. A cég bontott autoalkatrészek forgalmazásával kezdte és egy páár év alatt Románia egyik legismertebb új és használt autoalkatrész forgalmazojává nötte ki magát.
