Matexi is a developer with Belgian roots, present in Poland since 2010. Thanks to its affiliation with a leading Belgian development group with 80 years of experience, Matexi Polska has access to both knowledge and resources that guarantee high quality and rapid development capabilities, including the acquisition of the most attractive land for new investments. The Polish branch of the company is a dynamic team of experts with long-standing experience in the local market. Matexi's strategy involves long-term engagement in the Polish market, within which the company plans rapid yet sustainable development of its offerings and diversification of available locations, carried out in accordance with the motto "Welcome to the neighborhood." Matexi Polska is also a socially engaged developer, conducting initiatives such as "Deweloper Szans – Budujemy przyszłośc dla dzieci," through which public benefit institutions working for the youngest are supported. The company also collaborates with the "Bielańska Akademia Umiejętności," the DAR Sztuki Foundation, and the "Serduszko dla Dzieci" Association. To date, it has sold well over apartments in the Warsaw and Cracow housing markets and currently has secured land for the construction of approximately more units.
