Mather Anderson

Mather | Anderson, an “of counsel” relationship of two law firms, is devoted exclusively to representing clients in federal and California tax disputes, with offices in Los Angeles and Irvine. We represent taxpayers in every form of dispute at both the administrative and judicial level. Our attorneys, CPAs and enrolled agents all handle dozens of matters before the Internal Revenue Service, the California Franchise Tax Board, the California Employment Development Department, the California Department of Tax and Fee Administration and the California Office of Tax Appeals. In addition, our attorneys represent taxpayers in many pending cases before the United States Tax Court, the federal district courts, the federal circuit courts of appeal and the California Superior Court.
