Mathieson House offer luxury accomodation in sheltered housing and retirement homes for 16 elderly residents in Ayrshire. Mathieson House is an impressive house situated in Broomfield Road, Ayr. The original benefactor, Miss Elizabeth Mathieson, had the unique idea of providing for others exactly what she would have wished for herself, a 'home from home'. The house has a welcoming atmosphere and a sense of family that ensure residents feel relaxed and at home. Mathieson House is surrounded by beautiful large gardens which can be enjoyed either by walking or relaxing in the privacy of our gardens or patio area. Located in a tranquil setting, conveniently situated, within walking distance to Ayr town centre amenities and the invigorating air and wonderful views the seafront promenade has to offer.
