Matiogi provide self-awareness packages to help job hunters prepare their CV or Resume and prepare for interview. They have a free DISC test on their website which gives candidates a free strengths and weaknesses report. Candidates can then publish their strengths to add weight to their LinkedIn profile. Advanced features include assessing candidates management style and providing a training assessment report, giving candidates soft-skills they should work on to improve their employability. In total, 8 reports are produced from the single DISC test. Matiogi believes that by making this information available to the public they will improve the recruitment industry and the employment environment as a whole. In their experience, far too few people are self-aware or even care to be self-aware. By providing this information to everyone interested in improving they believe self-improvement will result, increasing talent, improving team-working, improving communication and ultimately increasing the candidates value to employers.
