Matrix Management Group is a multi disciplined Project Management and Quantity Surveying company in Tasmania delivering superior business management consulting services to its clients. Our first priority is maximising our client’s success. The company was incorporated in September 2001 in part through a management buy-out of the Tasmanian office of The Rawlinsons Group (a national quantity surveying company). While maintaining and continuing to develop its quantity surveying service capacity as an integral part of its core business, it has maintained a progressive movement into the project management fields. The project and construction management services currently comprises the major portion of its turnover.
