Formed in April of 2010, Matrix Therapy Solutions LLC is locally-owned by treating therapists Bridgette Bates, Richard Holcombe, and Michael Logan. Matrix initially provided contract therapy services to home health agencies, and grew over the years by adding outpatient and inpatient therapy services, as well as continuing and expanding their home health therapy services.
