Hi, I'm Matt! Matt is a highly experienced facilitator, with a deep background in Operational Excellence, Lean, Agile, Design Thinking and Innovation, as well as a deep understanding of human capital requirements, he develops highly engaging workshops and adapts content to suit individual business contexts. All with the aim to enable leaders, teams and organizations unlock business value and engagement. Over his 25 years of experience, he has worked with some of the world’s largest manufacturing organisations such as Nestle, Pfizer, Procter and Gamble and locally with LION (the Australasian brewer) and in WA Utilities, Synergy and the Water Corporation. Matt is passionate about coaching and supporting leaders and teams to be more adaptable in today’s fast changing and complex environment, through sharing leadership capabilities that set leaders and teams up for sustainable success. Matt is emotionally intelligent and highly collaborative, who maximises outcomes through enabling high engagement and psychological safety and strategically simplifies complexity, helping businesses and their executive teams navigate through ambiguity to align with multiple and often competing agendas.
