Welcome to Matters Childhood (K) Ltd, where every childhood matters! Matters Childhood is a Kenyan based, registered organisation, whose main goal is to improve childhood experiences, so that all children will have equal opportunities. Children are international citizens and should have the benefit of enjoying their environment, both physical and emotional. The childhood years pass by so fast and we support adults in being intentional about giving children fruitful experiences. What if caregivers played with children for even 10 minutes a day? What if we recycled materials more and got creative with what was around us like used bottle caps, carton boxes, plastic bottles etc? What if we brought together all our different gifting’s and talents and synergised to make children’s centers a little bit more attractive? What if we all stopped for a moment and reflected on our happy childhood memories and gave a child the same experience? What if one day, like magic, every child in the world was happy, safe and healthy? We can make a difference, if each of us does their bit. The future for children can be better.
