As the Great Recession rolled into 2009, Bill Mauer and John Vecere were in the planning stages of opening Mauer Chevrolet. That duo's optimism and can-do attitude, even in the face of formidable economic headwinds, serve as defining characteristics of what eventually became Mauer Auto Group. Now three dealerships strong with nearly 200 employees, Mauer is a business and civic leader. We operate around five core values: Respect, Integrity, Drive, Community and Fun.
