Our team has a wide range of experience and expertise in the chemical and physical sciences including chemical process control, electrochemistry, heating and cooling, purification and monitoring. MTS has a superbly equipped electronics lab, test rigs and extensive stock of components allow us to repair most electronic equipment. In-house CAD, PCB design and board prototyping facilities allow for quick turnaround on repair, prototype and rebuild projects. MTS are specialists in the maintenance, repair and replacement of Electronic Profile Copying systems, particularly those used in the steel industry for large Roll Turning lathes. We have extensive experience with Siemens 'Simokop' analogue copy controllers, as well as Heid, and Hoesch MFD. MTS can also offer their own Digitrace digital copy control system, which can work to accuracy better than 10 micron in workpieces weighing up to 100 Tonnes.
