As the first location in Austin to offer Pilates on the “contemporary” STOTT PILATES® equipment, Mauro Pilates incorporates modern exercise principles, and applies proven and accepted practices in biomechanics, rehabilitation and athletic performance enhancement. Mauro Pilates is a fully equipped STOTT PILATES® studio with V2Max Plus Reformers, Stability Chairs, Cadillac, Barrels, and other small props each offering its own unique challenge to your muscles. We keep our classes small only allowing a maximum of 4 or 5 people so we can give you the personal attention everyone deserves when attending a group fitness class. Instructors at Mauro Pilates are highly qualified and bring much creativity and passion to their sessions enabling you to have a fun and challenging workout. It’s likely you’ll walk out of the studio with sweat and a smile on your face. Mauro Pilates offers customized 1-on-1 Pilates instruction, group Pilates classes on a variety of Pilates equipment (Reformers, Chairs, Towers), Thirty Minute group Pilates classes (each with a different focus), Happy Hour group Pilates classes for just $20 and a variety of Pilates Bootcamp classes. Our studio is committed to offering customized programs specifically designed to fit each of our clients' needs.
