MAV Coffe comes from a specialty coffee operation that dates back to the 1900s. Since 2005, a fourth-generation grower manages the three farms that fall under MAV Coffe, which is the consolidated company responsible for the commercialization. We have made it our mission to continuously improve best practices, quality in our processes, traceability, and innovation to produce the best coffee possible with variables that are in our control. This operation is inspired by the vision and legacy left by her great-grandparent, Agustín Alfaro, a coffee industry-leading producer, and exporter whose ancestors migrated from Spain to El Salvador adopting it as his own. Since then, MAV Café with the guidance of Lean coffee Agronomus has been committed to producing only the best quality of specialty green coffee beans making efforts to innovate and adapt with the times through our dedication hard work procedures.
