Maven Management, LLC is a Chicago-based real estate property management firm with expertise in multi-family apartment management, asset management and rehab/construction project management. The key management team has worked for over 10 years acquiring, managing and redeveloping multi-family assets. Maven Management, LLC was formalized in 2004 to provide management services for assets owned by these principals. Management expertise is offered only to properties which have an ownership interest by at least one member of the key management team. Maven Management’s strength is its continuous cultivation of its team’s knowledge and skill base applied in a lean, agile-thinking, working culture. Presently, and while diligently monitoring the macro- and micro-markets pulses, the Maven Management strategy is to focus on consulting on specialized vintage condo rehab projects in Chicago and selective secondary market multi-family value-add rehab and management projects nation-wide.
