Maverick Inspection Ltd. is a specialized non-destructive testing company that has served Western Canada since 1994. Alberta owned and operated, Maverick creates solutions and provides services with leading edge remote sensing equipment including: • Robotic crawlers, push probes, drop cameras, and multiple UAV/drone platforms for equipment and facilities, including piping, vessels, tubes, tanks, and drainage systems. Maverick's arsenal also includes one of the only CSA approved explosion-proof remote visual inspection systems in Western Canada. • Ground-penetrating Radar (GPR) and many other subsurface investigation technologies for a wide range of applications including but not limited to, concrete applications, locating conduits, rebar, tension cables, concrete thickness, voiding and other features as well as data gathering for environmental, geological, engineering, forensic, archeological, and other studies. • Private and secondary utility locates including industrial plant-wide buried facility mapping with CAD and GIS formats. Other services include Infrared Thermography for industrial and commercial applications, Laser Pipe Profiling for deformations and defects, and a continually-evolving range of prototyping and field testing of new methods and technologies. Maverick complements traditional NDT, surveying, engineering, and geoscience disciplines, and is uniquely able to combine technology and tailor on-site procedures to client applications.
