Multi-Abled Veterans united to serve one another, their communities, and their nation as the new benchmark in an industry desperate for their skills and character. MAVericks meets a growing marketplace demand for quality construction and repair providers. It addresses, to some degree, the national shortage of skilled tradesman by easing the transition of military members to the private sector construction industry, with assistance in gaining applicable training, certification, and licensing. Further, MAVericks was created to address the need in the military veteran community by providing not just employment, but a workplace culture of structure, discipline, trust, and mutual concern that many disabled veterans require to thrive and, in turn, provide for their families. This veteran-centric workforce is uniquely qualified to perform government or commercial work that requires security clearances and/or drug-free employees.
