Mavi Capital

Most small and mid-sized manufacturers can't justify a full-time quality department early on — so production ends up policing its own quality. That's exactly where parts get rejected, audits get failed, and customers start asking questions. Mavi Capital is the quality department you call when you need one but can't yet hire one. We give industrial manufacturers and suppliers across Romania hands-on quality coverage — on a project or day-rate basis, with no permanent headcount. What we do: • QA/QC & supplier inspection — receiving, in-process and final inspection; visual and dimensional verification; documentation review • CMM measurement & programming — dimensional reports and programming, including for companies whose CMM equipment sits underused • Quality systems & audit readiness — SOPs, procedure standardization, mock audits and documentation review ahead of ISO 9001 / API / customer audits We're operators, not theorists. Our technical work is led by a quality professional with 10+ years in oil & gas valve and machining manufacturing — NDT Level II (UT/MT/PT/VT), ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor, CMM programming, and API/ASME experience including international oil & gas projects. We work in Romanian, German and English. Facing an upcoming audit, a workload spike, or a gap between QA hires? Let's talk!
