Mavrovic Architects P C

You are ensured personal service and project continuity from start to finish by our small, boutique-size studio. Staff creatives personally respond to the needs of each client and every project via in-depth investigation and careful research. Design solutions are developed that exceed objectives, meet completion schedules, fall within budgets, and satisfy the aesthetic goals of stakeholders. Client participation, ideas, and input are consistently encouraged and considered through all steps of the design process. Project experience covers a wide range of building types including corporate, retail, food service, hospitality, luxury and multi-family residential, convention, healthcare, public and higher education, entertainment, transportation distribution hubs, parking, and industrial energy sites. Building projects are primarily located in the Southwestern Pennsylvania region, however clients have asked us to extend our services to seven additional states (FL, MD, NJ, NY, OH, TX, and VA) and internationally to (Germany, Australia, Nigeria, and the Philippines). This broad experience illustrates our flexibility and has provided us the opportunity to work with a diverse group of clients on a broad spectrum of project types. In addition to building design, consulting services are regularly delivered to other industry professionals (architects, engineers, developers, and contractors), public agencies (at local, state, and federal levels), and private clients (international corporations, law firms, accounting consultancies, insurance carriers, and medical service providers). These services include zoning and code studies, developmental feasibility, master planning, value engineering analyses, wayfinding and graphics, accessibility surveys, historic preservation assessments, LEED/sustainable design, green roofs, site landscaping, and expert witness reporting and testimony.
