In total, we directly assisted, negotiated and helped Barden Gaming secure well over $1 Billion in Construction and Community investment in Pittsburgh, PA. OUR PARTNERS HAVE ASSISTED IN: • Helping secure millions of dollars for clients in operating appropriations both federal and statewide. • Assisted the August Wilson Center in obtaining $7.5 million in Redevelopment Assistance Capital Program funding for its downtown Pittsburgh revitalization effort. • Assisted in securing in the capital budget for the restoration of the African American Soldiers Civil War Museum in LaMont, Pennsylvania. • Represented a variety of business interests, including a national financial services firm, professional sports teams and commercial building maintenance companies in preventing the expansion of state sales tax to services. • In just 30 days, we created and worked with state and local governments to pass tax-break legislation to keep a major employers in their respective regions.
