Owner Jane Lowder brings over 19 years of experience as a Career Coach including as a private practitioner since 2003, as an athlete transition consultant since 2006 to sporting organisations in Australia, the UK, Europe and New Zealand and as a career advisor at the Sydney University Careers Centre part time from 2005 to 2007. We work with: industry professionals who are already making their mark but are not entirely satisfied in their current role or career direction professional athletes to plan for their next or parallel career emergency services workers in transition organisations to provide outplacement and career transition support sporting organisations to develop and measure athlete career transition programs Awarded the Australian Career Practitioner of the Year in 2013, Jane has a reputation for helping people make informed, confident choices, and for turning accidental careers into well-chosen, satisfying ones.
