Max-Gears is developed, operated by a team of highly qualified engineers with rich knowledge and experience in various aspects of gear technology. All directors are key positioned ex-employees of renowned, old gear companies from Gear Companies in Europe. Naturally our core strength is in-depth design, application & engineering know how of the Directors. We basically started with providing solutions for servicing, commissioning, design and procurement of critical gearboxes from Germany and motivated by customers to start small manufacturing set up more gear hospital i.e. emergency repairing unit. We are also strongly associated as Project & Channel Partners for reputed gear companies in Germany and Europe. This is for execution of critical, heavy duty gear projects.
