Maxbot is a Multichannel Digital Service Platform that allows its attendants to interact with their customers through various communication channels such as WhatsApp, Telegram, Web Chat, etc, with legal certainty. The customer contacts the automated channel and the chatbot performs the initial service, presenting a menu of options for interaction.
