Maxbot is a Multichannel Digital Service Platform that allows its attendants to interact with their customers through various communication channels such as WhatsApp, Telegram, Web Chat, etc, with legal certainty. The customer contacts the automated channel and the chatbot performs the initial service, presenting a menu of options for interaction. Create informatives, referrals to attendants, integration with external systems and interactive sub-menus. Main functions- Automatic contact registration with First Name, Last Name and WhatsApp Number (when filled in the contact's WhatsApp)- Generation of protocol numbers with queue management- Storage of the entire dialog (texts, audios, files, images, etc.) for auditing and administrative control- Segmentation of contacts- Creation of templates for triggering (for text standardization and agility in the service flow)- Triggering messages for continuation of service- Allows dialogue between attendants (with protocols for internal control)- Allows the forwarding of protocols to another sector/attendant- Allows management of the service queue outside office hours (contacts made at night can be taken care of on the next day.)- Integration API for triggering notices and communications from your business system to existing Maxbot contacts (Sending slips, invoices, order progress reports, etc.)- Support via Web Chat, WhatsApp, Telegram and Internal Chat within the platform itself, always available to help you whenever you need it- Adapted to the new brasillian General Law on Personal Data Protection (LGPD);
